These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ecliptica App mobile application (“App”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Ecliptica is designed to help users track their stay duration in countries for residency and Schengen purposes.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• misuse the App or attempt to disrupt its functionality
• access the App using unauthorized methods
• use the App for illegal activities

2. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Firebase Authentication.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
